A ratchet system is located on the first handle bar and the second handle bar and is configured to allow rotation of the first handle bar and the second handle bar. A strap is coupled to the connector and configured to provide tension and lifting power. The enhanced stability forearm builder may be useful for building muscle on the forearm.
