Abstract: A rotatable multilevel tool organizer for storing and presenting a variety of tools. The tool organizer includes a base unit that rests on a lazy susan bearing, allowing 360 degree rotation. The base unit has a plurality of drawers or swing out compartments. The tool organizer includes a plurality of cylindrical shaped pieces on the top of the base unit to hold mechanics sockets or other components. The tool organizer includes a middle unit resting on the base unit that holds tools in the vertical position. The tool organizer includes an upper unit resting on the base unit for storing and presenting longer handle tools in the vertical position.

Abstract: A suspension liner for a residual limb has a liner body with a plurality of anterior and posterior projections formed from a thickness of the liner body. Medial and lateral tendons are located between and correspond to profiles of the plurality of the anterior and posterior projections such that the medial and lateral tendons are located on opposed sides of the liner body relative to one another. The medial and lateral tendons flare circumferentially toward proximal and distal sections of the liner body.

Abstract: A protective headgear is disclosed. The headgear protects regions of the wearer's head including the crown, temples, and chin. The headgear has a closure system having two adjustable closures, operating substantially perpendicular to each other and to reinforce one another, that act to provide custom fit for the headgear and to maintain a field of view for the wearer during use and after repeated uses.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods of producing an antigen-presenting platelet. Also provided herein are methods of eliciting an immune response in a subject using the antigen-presenting platelets described herein. Also provided are methods of screening for an immune response elicited by an antigen-presenting platelet. Further provided are isolated populations of platelets that present a selected antigen produced by the methods described herein.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing IM conversations is provided. In response to idle time and, preferably, read message status, particular current conversations are removed from a list of current conversations. The removed conversations may be moved to an archive which may be automatically maintained in response to size constraints. An archive interface is facilitated to review conversations, save all or portions thereof, delete, etc. The archived conversations are preferably associated with the contact for the conversation to show a history of conversations.

Abstract: Systems and methods for relieving pressure from a subsea transport line are provided. The system can include a vessel having a bottom end that can be at least partially open and in fluid communication with a subsea environment. The vessel can also include one or more relief lines each having a first end and a second end. The first end can be coupled to one or more subsea transport lines coupled to one or more subsea production units and the second end can be coupled to a top end of the vessel. The relief line can include one or more pressure relief devices at least partially disposed therein.

Abstract: A transgenic non-human mammal containing a heterologous lambda light chain gene locus, and/or a heterologous kappa light chain gene locus, and/or a heterologous heavy chain gene locus, each of which can re-arrange so that immunoglobulin heavy and light chain genes are formed and expressed in B-cells following antigen challenge.

Abstract: A dictation computer that includes a fan speed regulator is described. The fan speed regulator monitors a speech recognition unit to determine when the speech recognition unit is activated. Upon detection that the speech recognition unit is activated, the fan speed regulator ducks the speed of a cooling fan embedded within the dictation computer to an optimized speed of rotation over a delay time interval. The fan speed regulator may include components to adapt the optimized speed and delay time to the characteristics of the dictation computer and the user. Other embodiments are also described.

The method includes steps occurring at a Diameter signaling router (DSR) comprising a plurality of Diameter message processors. The method includes receiving a Diameter request message. The method further includes generating a hop-by-hop identifier for identifying a first Diameter message processor of the plurality of Diameter message processors. The method further includes incorporating the hop-by-hop identifier into the Diameter request message. The method further includes routing the Diameter request message to a first Diameter node.

Abstract: A modular external defibrillator system in embodiments of the teachings may include one or more of the following features: a base containing a defibrillator to deliver a defibrillation shock to a patient, (b) one or more pods each connectable to a patient via patient lead cables to collect at least one patient vital sign, the pods operable at a distance from the base, (c) a wireless communications link between the base and a selected one of the two or more pods to carry the at least one vital sign from the selected pod to the base, the selection being based on which pod is associated with the base.

The opening can extend from the first surface towards the second surface and can have an inner wall extending away from the first surface. A dielectric material can be exposed at the inner wall. The conductive via can define a relief channel within the opening adjacent the first surface. The relief channel can have an edge within a first distance from the inner wall in a direction of a plane parallel to and within five microns below the first surface, the first distance being the lesser of one micron and five percent of a maximum width of the opening in the plane. The edge can extend along the inner wall to span at least five percent of a circumference of the inner wall.

Abstract: A computer implemented method and system for natural language processing ambiguity resolution includes storing an ontology specifying a set of grammatical rules. A phrase comprising at least one current word to be processed is retrieved. A current word from the phrase is annotated with possible ontological classes according to the ontology. Any ontological rules associated with the possible ontological classes are retrieved. Ontological classes are eliminated based on the ontological rules. A surviving possible ontological class is determined to be an accurate ontological class for the current word. In another aspect of this disclosure, an ontology is stored in computer memory, the ontology having multiple ontological classifications, and word instances, each word instance associated with at least one of the ontological classifications. All word instances belonging to the selected ontological classification are retrieved.

Abstract: Systems and methods for distributed downhole sensing in which a polymeric sensor system is coupled to one or more pieces of downhole equipment. The polymeric sensor system has multiple electric or nano sensors embedded in a polymeric material such as a tape that can be applied to the downhole equipment to sense parameters at multiple, physically distributed locations. A monitoring unit at the surface of the well may receive data from the embedded sensors. A control unit at the surface of the well may communicate control information through the polymeric sensor system to electrically controlled equipment downhole, eliminating the need for a control line that is separate from the polymeric sensor system.

Abstract: An evaluation tool related to operation of a combine is provided to aid an operator of the combine. A processing device implements the evaluation tool by receiving an input related to an evaluation to be performed from the operator of the combine. The processing device initializes the evaluation to be performed. A plurality of sensors are operably connected to the processing device and collect data related to the operation of the combine during the evaluation. The processing device analyzes the collected data and presents the analyzed data to the operator of the combine. As such, the operator may review the analyzed data and make an informed choice in proceeding with the combine operation, such as changing settings or operating components to affect the combine performance.

Abstract: A chemically-modified mixed fuel includes methane gas from at least two methane-production sources and can be utilized in any process that incorporates a Kellogg Primary Reformer. A method for producing the chemically-modified mixed fuel described herein includes providing a first methane-containing gas from a first methane-production source, providing a second methane-containing gas from a second methane-production source and blending the first methane-containing gas with the second methane-containing gas at a suitable pressure to form a chemically-modified mixed fuel. In some cases, at least one additional methane-containing gas can be provided from at least one additional methane-production source and blended with the chemically-modified fuel.
