Abstract: A structure or apparatus for attaching accessories or monitor arms to the post of an monitor or display stand. The apparatus included a collar or collet for selectively attaching to a post of the stand, the collet or collar includes a plurality of slots or keyways or receivers about its circumference, the collar or collet including a retainer to selectively allow access to the slots to allow accessories to the placed in the slots or secured in the slots. The plurality of slots allows the accessories to be placed in different orientations or positions with respect to one another. The accessories have profile portions that are complimentary to the receivers.
