    Abstract: Exemplary etching methods may include flowing an oxygen-containing precursor into a processing region of a semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include contacting a substrate housed in the processing region with the oxygen-containing precursor. The substrate may include an exposed region of a transition metal nitride and an exposed region of a metal. The contacting may form an oxidized portion of the transition metal nitride and an oxidized portion of the metal. The methods may include forming a plasma of a fluorine-containing precursor and a hydrogen-containing precursor to produce fluorine-containing plasma effluents. The methods may include removing the oxidized portion of the transition metal nitride to expose a non-oxidized portion of the transition metal nitride. The methods may include forming a plasma of a chlorine-containing precursor to produce chlorine-containing plasma effluents. The methods may include removing the non-oxidized portion of the transition metal nitride.

The system detects sections of the text document demarked by the one or more section breaks and generates a section title metadata and a section summary metadata for each section of the plurality of sections. The system inserts the section title metadata and the section summary metadata at the corresponding section breaks in the text document. The system modifies the text document into slides. Each slide being formed for each section based on the corresponding section title metadata and the section summary metadata. The system generates a presentation document based on the slides.

The platform may modify the executable file to indicate that the code should be loaded in a hardware enclave and at least a portion of the data should be loaded in the memory outside the hardware enclave. The platform may encrypt the code and provide it to a computing device.

According to the double-deck bridge construction method of the present disclosure, construction is carried out by using a method of disassembling a support jig frame in a graded and span-separated mode, an upper chord jig frame and a lower chord jig frame can be used in a recycle manner, and construction costs are reduced. In addition, a construction period of building the support jig frame is shortened, and other construction operations can be synchronously carried out on a span in which the jig frame is disassembled, for example, fire retardant coating construction can be carried out on a mounted bridge deck after the jig frame is disassembled, and the construction period of a double-deck multi-span bridge is effectively shortened.

A software program may include an executable file having code and data. A platform may modify the executable file such that the data may be placed at a location in memory that is an arbitrary distance from the code. The platform may modify the executable file to include a separation header. The separation header may indicate that the data can be placed at an arbitrary distance in the memory from the code. The separation header may indicate that the code should be loaded into a hardware enclave and that the data should be loaded outside of the hardware enclave. The platform may encrypt the code and provide it to a computing device. The computing device may load the encrypted code into the hardware enclave but load the data into memory outside the hardware enclave.

The radial strain and the tangential strain of the flat diaphragm can be fully utilized, and the detection sensitivity of the thin-film pressure sensor is improved.

    Abstract: A cutting system includes a dam, a cylinder, a hydraulic controlling module, and a PLC controlling module. The hydraulic controlling module includes a reversing valve connected to the cylinder. The PLC controlling module is connected to the reversing valve and adapted to output a control signal to locate the reversing valve in a first open position or a second open position. When the reversing valve is in the first open position, the reversing valve allows the high pressure oil to flow into the cylinder from the hydraulic controlling module, thereby to causing the piston module to push the dam to cut the gate mark; when the reversing valve is in the second open position, the high pressure oil flows back to the hydraulic controlling module.
