  • Publication number: 20260130000
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a back contact cell assembly, including: providing a plurality of cells, wherein each of the cells has a front surface and a back surface opposite to each other; the back surface has a first doped layer and a second doped layer having opposite doping polarities; and the first doped layer and the second doped layer extend in a first direction and are alternately distributed in a second direction, the first direction intersecting with the second direction; circumferentially arranging the cells multiple times at an outer periphery of a mandrel in a first peripheral placement direction, so as to obtain a first cell preform having multiple turns of cell groups, adjacent cell groups being distributed at intervals in a height direction of the mandrel; winding a solder ribbon at the outer periphery of the first cell preform, so that the solder ribbon is in contact with each cell, and the angle between the winding direction of the solder ribbon and the first peripheral placement

  • Publication number: 20250153247
Abstract: A hole finishing tool includes a shank, a body, and a plurality of cutting inserts. The body extends axially from the shank. The body includes ribs. Each of the ribs include a respective pocket. Each cutting insert is attached to the respective pocket of the respective rib. Each cutting insert includes a cutting edge and a chip breaker pocket. The chip breaker pocket is disposed in a rake face of the cutting insert. The chip breaker pocket includes a front boundary and a chip wall. The front boundary is parallel to the cutting edge. The chip wall is disposed at a rotation angle relative to the cutting edge. The rotation angle ranges between 0° to 50°.

  • Publication number: 20100164430
Abstract: An intelligent adaptive energy management system and method that manages the charge and discharge process as well as the environmental quality of the energy resource to maximize its safety and its energy output. The system includes multiple features that may be used alone or in combination. One feature includes one or more sensors capable of measuring various characteristics of the battery cells and their environment such as cell temperature, rate of rise in cell temperature, cell voltage, cell density, cell internal resistance and cell shape deformation. The sensors communicate the measured data to a controller which controls activities such as cell charging, cell discharging, cell balancing, and/or cell availability to provide energy to the device served. Another feature includes a charging module in communication with the controller adapted to provide varying types and/or durations and/or amplitudes of the charge to the cells.

  • Publication number: 20100134305
Abstract: An intelligent adaptive energy management system and method for an electronic device such as a cell phone or laptop computer. The system comprises at least two batteries that work cooperatively. The system includes multiple features that may be used alone or in combination. One feature includes one or more sensors capable of measuring various characteristics of the battery cells such as temperature, voltage, and shape deformation. The sensors communicate the measured data to a control module which may control cell charging, cell discharging, cell balancing, and/or terminating the use of one or more of the cells. A second feature is to enhance the scalability of the batteries by making the battery cells logically and/or physically removable and configurable so that the capacity of the batteries can be scaled on demand. A third feature is to provide intelligent charging and discharging methodologies. One alternate discharge method discharges the cells intelligently using measured rotational turns.

  • Publication number: 20050103474
Abstract: A heat dissipation device includes a base (10) having a heat dissipating surface, a plurality of fins (20) and a pair of heat pipes (30). The fins cooperatively define a concave tunnel in a side thereof. The heat dissipating surface of the base is embedded in the tunnel of the fins. Each heat pipe has a vaporizing portion (32) engaged with the base and a condensing portion (31) engaged in the fins.
