    Abstract: A synchronization method and system of control sequence numbers is provide to achieve radio link control sequence number synchronization between different network elements. This method includes the following steps: allocating a preset radio link control sequence number to a first radio link control protocol data unit corresponding to a first packet in a data burst and successively allocating a radio link control sequence number to subsequent radio link control protocol data units corresponding to packets of this data burst, when each designated network element in a plurality of designated network elements performing radio link control protocol process on the packets in the data burst received by said each designated network element.

The method comprises: a first network element sending a request to a second network element, the request carrying first information and identification information of data stream, wherein, the request is used to acquire a Radio Link Control sequence number of a Radio Link Control protocol data unit corresponding to the data packet indicated by the first information in the data stream; the first network element receiving second information returned by the second network element according to the request and allocating the Radio Link control sequence number carried in the second information to the Radio Link Control protocol data unit in the first network element.

    Abstract: A method for reporting and managing wireless resources in TDM system comprises the step of reporting the wireless resources comprises a RNC obtaining the resource capacity information of each of the carrier frequency in a cell covered by a base station through the resource audit response message or the resource state indicating message or the resource obstruct message. The RNC can obtain the information of the carrier frequency. According to the method, resource capacity information of each of the carrier frequency in the RNC is in consistency of that of the base station. Thus, the rationality of the carrier frequency and the resource capacity information of the carrier frequency distributed to the service by the RNC can be assured. The success rate of the establishment for a radio link is improved accordingly as to avoid the fact that the radio link establishes on the carrier frequency that is not supported by the base station.
