Abstract: An aircraft control method and an apparatus are provided, and pertain to the field of communications technologies. The method performed by an AMF network element includes: obtaining information about a no-fly zone of an aircraft (301); sending reference information to a control apparatus when a shortest distance between the aircraft and the no-fly zone is less than or equal to a first preset value (302), where the reference information includes at least one of first indication information and location information of the aircraft, and the first indication information indicates that the shortest distance between the aircraft and the no-fly zone is less than or equal to the first preset value. This resolves problems that efficiency of preventing an aircraft from flying in a no-fly zone is relatively low and an advance preparation process is relatively complex and time-consuming, avoids installation of geofences on an edge of the no-fly zone.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to mobile edge computing (MEC) information obtaining methods and apparatus. One example method performed by a first network element includes receiving target reference information from a second network element, and sending, to the second network element, information about a MEC platform corresponding to the target reference information. The target reference information comprises target capability information.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to a communication method and an apparatus. The method includes: A CCF network element first sends reference information of an application to a first network element. Therefore, the first network element determines network slice information corresponding to the application; and then the first network element sends the determined network slice information to the CCF network element. In this way, the CCF network element may determine the network slice information corresponding to the application, so that when an API invoker network element searches for an API, the CCF network element can accurately find, based on an API inquiry parameter, the API from a network slice corresponding to the network slice information.

Abstract: This application discloses a communication method and a communications apparatus, to resolve problems of a long transmission path and a large transmission delay of signaling that are caused because a data network (DN) to which application layer control signaling used to control path switching needs to be transmitted for processing in a process of the path switching is outside a mobile communications network. The method includes receiving, by a first core network device, a request message from a terminal, where the request message is used to request to switch from a multicast mode to a unicast mode to transmit service data to be sent to the terminal. The method further includes indicating, by the first core network device based on the request message, a multicast user plane gateway and/or a service server corresponding to the terminal to send, to the terminal in the unicast mode, the service data to be sent to the terminal.

Abstract: A service application programming interface (API) invoking method where a security method applied to an API exposing function entity is updated from an original security method to a new security method, and where the security method of the API exposing function entity is used for communication between the API exposing function entity and an invoker. The method includes: obtaining, by the invoker, a new security method of the API exposing function entity; and sending, by the invoker, a first invoking request to the API exposing function entity using the new security method, where the first invoking request includes a name of a service API, and where the first invoking request is used to invoke the service API.

The method includes: receiving, by a first group management functional entity, a group regrouping creation message sent by first UE, where the group regrouping creation message includes identifiers of N MCPTT groups, and the group regrouping creation message is used to request the first group management functional entity to create, according to the identifiers of the N MCPTT groups, a temporary group which is initiated by a first MCPTT user and into which the N MCPTT groups are regrouped; and the first MCPTT user belongs to at least one MCPTT group of the N MCPTT groups; and configuring information about the temporary group, where the information about the temporary group includes an identifier of the temporary group into which the N MCPTT groups are regrouped, and the identifiers of the N MCPTT groups.

Abstract: A method for applying for media transmission permission, and a method and an apparatus for canceling media transmission permission are provided. The method for applying for media transmission permission includes: determining, by a first terminal, that a second terminal needs to transmit media data; and sending, by the first terminal, media transmission permission request indication information to a mission critical service (MCS) server, where the media transmission permission request indication information is used to instruct the MCS server to grant media transmission permission to the second terminal.

Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus are described. The method includes sending, by a terminal, a first request message to an SMF, where the first request message is used to request to perform a UPF local broadcast breakout on unicast flow data; and receiving, by the terminal, a response message for the first request message. The first request message is used to request to perform the UPF local broadcast breakout on the unicast flow data, so that a UPF that manages a broadcast session does not forward the received unicast flow data to an AS, but directly performs the broadcast breakout on the received unicast flow data locally. Therefore, a length of a transmission path for the unicast flow data is reduced, and a transmission delay of the unicast flow data that needs to be broadcast in a small range is reduced.
