Abstract: A network unlocking method of a mobile terminal is disclosed in the invention. The method includes: after being used, a mobile terminal whose network is locked transmitting hardware information to a network sever (101); when the mobile terminal needs to unlock the network, it logging in a website providing the download of a network unlocking file, the website obtaining the hardware information of the currently logging-in mobile terminal and performing hardware information matching by the network server (103); when the matching is successful, the mobile terminal downloading the network unlocking file from the website and unlocking the network with an unlocking code in the network unlocking file. A mobile terminal and a network unlocking system thereof are also disclosed in the invention.

Abstract: A network locking method and device for a mobile terminal are provided in the present document, wherein network locking information and verification signals of a mobile terminal and a subscriber identify module (SIM) card are respectively stored in both parties in advance; after the mobile terminal is powered on, the mobile terminal and the SIM card verify each other through the verification signals; if the both parties pass through the verification performed by the other party, the mobile terminal compares the stored network locking information with the network locking information in the SIM card; if the comparison result indicates consistency, the mobile terminal enters into a normal standby state.

The scheme is used for solving technical problems that existing ways for backing up terminal data have a low duplicating efficiency and resources are wasted seriously. The scheme creates a terminal index table to maintain data information in a terminal device; when the terminal device newly creates or modifies data contents, information of the index items in the terminal index table and corresponding data contents are sent to a network server; the network server also creates a server index table corresponding to the terminal index table, and the network server stores or deletes data contents of the terminal device according to information such as types and numbers of index items. The scheme can back up terminal data rapidly and simplifies the check procedure, thereby saving memory resources of the terminal device and improving backup efficiency.

The security system module generates a short message used for tracking and locating when receiving an incoming call request or a short message sent by the built-in card, wherein the short message at least carries an identification of a cellular tower interacting with the built-in card and information of current signal intensity, and the short message is sent into the built-in card; the built-in card sends the received incoming call request or the short message to the security system module and periodically sends the short message used for tracking and locating generated by the security system module to the set security number. A corresponding method is also provided. The security system is good at cover-up to bring the advantages of security and saving electricity.
