The oleanolic acid-28-O-?-D-glucopyranoside has significant anti-ulcerative-colitis activity compared with parent nucleus oleanolic acid and other analogues, and has equivalent efficacy compared with Mesalazine, a first-line drug for the clinical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, and can also avoid salicylic acid anaphylaxis possibly caused by Mesalazine western medicine treatment, thereby achieving a good application prospect.
