Abstract: A method and system is provided for training athletes using films or videotapes of game situations so that a player's reaction can be applied to such situations. The videos are taken from the player's eye-level perspectives on the field or court. The method and system can be used for various sports, including basketball, football, baseball, hockey, soccer, volleyball, wrestling, and any other sport, particularly team sports. Using this system and method of the present invention will enhance and expedite training of athletes.
