Patent number: 12558034Abstract: A system for recording, processing, and monitoring biosignals is provided, the system being configured to suspend data acquisition whenever an electric surgical tool or other generator of high frequency interference is in use. Such a system may protect the hardware of the system and reduce or eliminate the acquisition of distorted signals. The system of some embodiments includes an amplifier system configured to detect the presence of high frequency interference. Related methods are also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: August 5, 2022Date of Patent: February 24, 2026Assignee: SAFEOP SURGICAL, INC.Inventors: Cameron Mahon, Curt Labelle

Publication number: 20230225487Abstract: Described herein are inserts for reducing sloshing in a bottle. The insert may be integrally formed in an outer shell of the bottle or removably insertable into the outer shell. The insert may include an elongate body extending between a first end opposite a second end; and an aperture defined by the elongate body and extending longitudinally through the elongate body between the first and second ends. The elongate body has an uncompressed state when removed from an outer shell and a compressed state when positioned in the outer shell. A diameter of the elongate body in the compressed state is less than or equal to a smallest diameter of the liquid retention compartment. The insert has a durometer between about 40 A and about 70 A. A volume of the insert is less than about 10% of a volume defined by the outer shell. The insert includes a compressible mesh material.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 23, 2023Publication date: July 20, 2023Inventors: Matthew Byrnes Newell, Luke Clauson, Curt LaBelle, Michael Raye

Patent number: 10863840Abstract: Disclosed herein are multiple embodiments of anti-sloshing liquid-retaining bottles. Embodiments include anti-sloshing liquid-retaining bottles that comprise an internal bladder configured to expand in volumetric proportion to the liquid expelled from the liquid containing bottle thereby eliminating air and, by extension, space in which the water could slosh. Anti-sloshing liquid-retaining bottles disclosed herein can rely on various mechanisms for volumetrically expanding the bladder against liquid retained in the bottle, mechanisms include pneumatic modulation of the bladder using a regulator configured to introduce pressure from a high pressure reservoir to inflate or expand the bladder and valves to release the pressure and deflate the bladder, as well as mechanisms for spring actuation to expand or inflate the bladder. Additional embodiments of anti-sloshing liquid-retaining bottles include bottles comprising wave breakers for passively preventing sloshing by dampening the motion.Type: GrantFiled: April 9, 2019Date of Patent: December 15, 2020Assignee: INNOVATIVE DRIVEInventors: Matthew Byrnes Newell, Luke Clauson, Curt LaBelle, Michael Raye
