  • Patent number: 10885476
Abstract: A method evaluates business components in an enterprise. One or more processors receive an input of rating values for a business software application which describe how effective the business software application is in meeting pre-determined requirements of a set of business technology factors. The processor(s) determine that the business software application provides a best architectural fit for meeting the pre-determined requirements of the set of business technology factors. The processor(s) identify a best fit server from multiple servers, wherein the best fit server has more software application modules required to run the business software application as compared to other servers from the multiple servers. The processor(s) install on the best fit server the business software application that provides the best architectural fit for meeting the pre-determined requirements of the set of business technology factors.

  • Patent number: 10357839
Abstract: A system and method for combining the effects of magnetic field waveforms, ultrasonic motion and pulsed electric field waveforms in an electrolytic cell creates a sympathetic interaction among the three waveforms that improves the electrochemical machining process. Precisely controlling the coupled effects of simultaneously applying at least two of the three waveforms to the electrochemical cell improves the metal removal rate of the process and the surface finish of the resulting piece. The coupled effects are termed a sympathetic interaction as they can be damped or amplified by modifying the phasing, frequency, orientation or amplitude of the waveforms. In an electrochemical machining process aided by an external magnetic field and periodic ultrasonic relative motion between the tool and working piece, improvements are realized by utilizing for at least two of the magnetic field waveform, electric waveform and ultrasonic waveform, a common frequency and a chosen phase lag between the two waveforms.

  • Patent number: 10019678
Abstract: A method and/or computer system evaluates an architectural fit of a business software application employed in an enterprise. A defined rating system establishes a rating of how effective a business software application is in meeting pre-determined requirements for each one of a set of business technology factors. An architectural fit analysis evaluates an architectural fit of the business software application based on inputted rating values. An analysis report is generated based on the architectural fit analysis, and a software application that provides the best architectural fit is installed.

  • Publication number: 20160194096
Abstract: For many millennia's Earth has had an active and very effective process of controlling-limiting earth climate factors that have fostered the evolution of many varieties of life forms in both plants and animals. Earths two Polar ice fields have functioned as the controllers of earth's climate by cycling earth temperature in repetitive ice ages-periods followed by warming trends. Human activity, burning huge quantity of carbon fuels, has warmed the earth to the point now that the polar ice has significantly melted, and receded in area. Earth now is not capable of reverting to the prior state of stability. Now, press reports, scientific journals, and individuals, have published information supporting the prediction and observational fact that human controlled use of carbon containing fuels, are primarily responsible. Those carbon materials when burned in large quantity in machines created by humans have altered earth's climate. Overview Now earth's climate is critically changed and altered.

  • Patent number: 9183233
Abstract: A method of managing a central data repository including updating the central data repository from a disconnected nomadic device by receiving a request from a first nomadic device for access at the central data repository, authorizing the first nomadic device and sending a check out template to the first nomadic device. The server receives a checkout selection from the first nomadic device, authenticates the first nomadic device, and presents a list of authorized items to the first nomadic device; receives a request for selected items from the list and check out the selected items to the first nomadic device. This prohibits other nomadic devices from checking out the selected items checked out to the first selected nomadic device. The first nomadic device is disconnected and the checked out selected items are updated.
