    Abstract: A measuring device for measuring time varying differential-mode currents flowing in first and second conductive groups includes a low reluctance magnetic circuit including first and second portions defining first and second openings positionable to surround the first and second conductive groups. The magnetic circuit comprises a twisted loop which cancels common-mode flux produced by common-mode current flowing in the first and second conductive groups.
