    Abstract: A high-pressure water jet tool useful in removing paint, rust, scale and other deposits from various surfaces such as a metal tank, is described. The tool is equipped with a rotary nozzle head carrying at least one, and preferably three or more, very small water jet orifices. A seal of special design is used in the tool to connect the non-rotating section of the water supply line to the rotating section of the line which supplies water to the nozzle head.
