  • Patent number: 10240395
Abstract: Ladder modules are provided in manageable length sections. The first section is secured at the top with a multi-hole horizontal mounting bar that is secured by a ratchet strap with hooks. The bottom of the first section rests firmly on the ground with a cleat at the bottom to secure the ladder section and prevent shifting. The second section contains a ball on the bottom of the structure that is mounted onto the first section by placing the ball into the receiving end of the first section, which allows the second section to pivot 360 degrees and lean and tilt fore and aft. This section is also secured to the tree with a ratchet strap and hooks, and is safe to climb to the next section after tightening the ratchet strap. Additional sections can be added in the same manner as the second section to pivot and level as needed.

  • Patent number: 10015957
Abstract: A leveling hunting stand system for providing a substantially level platform and seat at an elevated position with respect to a ground surface regardless of the orientation of an upstanding support structure on which the stand is mounted. A base assembly mounts to the upstanding support structure, and a platform and seat assembly are pivotally suspended from the base assembly. The base assembly includes a generally vertical support member and a lateral member. A T-hook or strap-on hook member mounts the upper base assembly to the upstanding support structure, and a ratchet further secures the base assembly to the upstanding support structure. The platform is pivotally mounted to the lateral member, and a platform leveler supports a suspension assembly linking the platform to the leveler such that quick release devices position the extent of the leveling of the platform member with respect to the ground.

  • Patent number: 6367585
Abstract: An adjustable hunting stand system for providing a substantially level platform and seat regardless of the orientation of the structure on which the stand is mounted. The stand system mounts on a tree trunk for supporting a person at an elevated position with respect to a ground surface. The stand system includes a base assembly for mounting to a tree trunk, and a platform assembly. The platform assembly includes a platform member pivotally mounted to the base assembly and a platform support structure for supporting the platform member in a plurality of positions with respect to the base assembly such that the platform is supportable in a level orientation substantially independent of the orientation of the tree trunk. The base assembly includes a support member and a lateral member. A seat structure is positionable along the length of the support member, and a seat is pivotable so that it may be oriented in a level position.

  • Patent number: 5927437
Abstract: A hunting stand including a platform and a plurality of leg assemblies each mounted to corners of the platform and adapted to pivot about a horizontal axis and a vertical axis which intersect adjacent the corresponding corner of the platform. The leg assemblies are adapted to be secured to a recipient surface for maintaining the platform in a fixed horizontal orientation.
