Abstract: Embodiments of an apparatus to increase the power efficiency of a solid-state memory have been presented. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a power detection circuit coupled to the solid-state memory to detect a demand of a power distribution network that supplies power to the solid-state memory. Furthermore, the apparatus may include a power management controller coupled to the power detection circuit to receive the demand and to scale a voltage supply to the power distribution network in response to the detected demand.
