Patent number: 8066204Abstract: A shower assembly is provided that includes a shower head having an integrated diverter valve. The shower head receives a detachable hand-held shower wand. The diverter valve is arranged upstream of an adjustable connector so that length is not added to the shower assembly that would interfere with headroom. A cam shaft of the diverter valve is rotated to selectively control fluid flow between the shower head and the hand-held shower wand. Cam followers are moved linearly in response to rotation of the cam shaft to selectively block first and second outlet ports.Type: GrantFiled: February 22, 2006Date of Patent: November 29, 2011Assignee: Alsons CorporationInventors: John E. Petrovic, Peter Dabrowski, Curtis J. Bailey, Michael A. Miller

Patent number: 5909180Abstract: For use within an electrical distribution to control current paths through a plurality of associated circuit breakers, a circuit arrangement comprises a plurality of circuit breakers, each having a status related to open contact position and a closed contact position. An informational display is included within the load-center to display the plurality of statuses at a user access side of the display, and a control circuit, coupled to the circuit breakers and the informational display, automatically monitors the contact status of the circuit breakers and drives the informational display so that a display of the statuses is provided.Type: GrantFiled: June 28, 1991Date of Patent: June 1, 1999Assignee: Square D CompanyInventors: Curtis J. Patent number: 5695415Abstract: A basketball backboard aiming device. The device includes a backboard member for attachment to a standard basketball hoop. The backboard has a front, planar surface. A linear array of indicia are disposed along the backboard, the array including a plurality of individual targets. Each of the targets is selectively viewable by a shooter disposed along a unique axis forming a preselected angle with respect to the plane of the backboard. One side of the angle is defined by a line of sight extending from the shooter to the target and the second side by the plane of the backboard. The selectively viewable target provides an aiming point for a shooter disposed anywhere along the line of sight when said player attempts a bank shot.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 1996Date of Patent: December 9, 1997Assignee: Sundberg-Ferar, Inc.Inventors: Michael E. Patent number: 5438180Abstract: An electronic control for a cooking oven includes an input selection panel for receiving user input selections and control logic responsive to the input, selection panel for establishing a time and temperature profile of the oven cavity and for controlling heating devices according to the time and temperature heating profile entered by the user. The input selection panel includes heating function selection devices for receiving user selection of a heating function from among a plurality of heating functions and timing function selection devices for receiving user selection of at least one timing function from among a plurality of timing functions. The timing functions are independent of the heating functions so that a user may select any combination of timing functions with any selected heating function. The input selection panel includes labeled selection devices and labeled parameter display devices that define a grammatical sentence. The sentence emulates standard instructions in a cooking recipe.Type: GrantFiled: January 21, 1993Date of Patent: August 1, 1995Assignee: Whirlpool CorporationInventors: Gerald A. Patent number: 4921315Abstract: A refrigeration apparatus having a plurality of containers removably stored on the inner liner portion of the refrigeration apparatus door. A number of different forms of the containers is disclosed. The containers may be chosen by the user to have different desired heights and capacities commensurate with the user's needs. The containers are preferably formed of materials permitting their removal from the refrigerated environment to heating or serving environments, as desired. Releasable locking structure is provided for retaining the containers in association with the door, notwithstanding the normal movement thereof in the ordinary use of the refrigeration apparatus. In one form, shallow containers are utilized as covers.Type: GrantFiled: October 18, 1988Date of Patent: May 1, 1990Assignee: Whirlpool CorporationInventors: L. D. Metcalfe, Michael J. Patent number: 4732435Abstract: A crisper drawer structure for use in a refrigerator wherein a front portion of the crisper drawer extends into subjacent relationship to a rearwardly projecting shelf on the refrigerator door in the closed arrangement of the refrigerator. A transparent cover member is pivotally mounted to the drawer guides to close the front portion of the crisper drawer in the storage disposition while allowing ready viewability of the contents thereof by the user. The cover member automatically moves between the closing disposition when the crisper drawer is in the storage arrangement to an uncovered disposition when the crisper drawer is brought forwardly to the access arrangement. The arrangement of the cover member is such as to effectively preclude retention of articles thereon, thereby avoiding impact damage to the door shelf by abutment with such articles upon closing of the door.Type: GrantFiled: November 7, 1986Date of Patent: March 22, 1988Assignee: Whirlpool CorporationInventors: Curtis J.
