    Abstract: A cross-connect apparatus is sized to be contained within an enclosure for outside plant applications. The cross-connect apparatus includes two connector panels hinged to a support structure to pivot between opened and closed positions. In the closed positions, the panels are sized to be received within the enclosure device. Each of the panels contains a plurality of adapters for securing to connectors on both exterior and interior surfaces of the panels.
