    Abstract: The present invention provides, in a preferred embodiment, a method whereby resynchronization between a transmitter and receiver is activated intuitively by, and transparently to, an authorized user, including: transmitting at least a first message from the transmitter to the receiver; and, in response to the receiver receiving the first message, the receiver detecting the absence of synchronization between the transmitter and the receiver and performing a resynchronization procedure to restore synchronization between the transmitter and the receiver.
