Abstract: The subject invention is an integral internal sleeve and external cover for use with medical support devices or protective sport pads. It provides an internal sleeve using cotton/elastomeric fabrics to provide a combination of improved comfort, greater shape and location retention. The combination of design and fabric provide improved protection for limbs from contact discomfort occurring with medical support devices and sport pads. An external cover is provided which fits snugly to the contours of the device or pad being covered. Fabrics providing attractive graphics are preferably used to improve the appearance of the device or pad. A simple design incorporating a thumb loop allows a user to attach the device without assistance.
