  • Publication number: 20200018410
Abstract: A pressure relief valve with a trigger mechanism having a plurality of tines on the ejector which engage with a fixed stop. The tine ends and/or the fixed stop are chamfered. The valve opens when the force from the contained fluid exceeds the force of the spring plus the force necessary to move the tines out of alignment with the fixed stop. The trigger pressure of the valve can be adjusted by adjusting the geometry of the tines. This is accomplished by using interchangeable tine sections on the ejector. Pressure is contained by a primary seal located on the outer diameter of the ejector.

  • Patent number: 9273789
Abstract: A pressure relief valve in a triple offset butterfly valve configuration. It has a body, pallet, pallet assembly and closure mechanism with a lever arm providing mechanical advantage upon a cam which aids in the closing of the valve. The valve relies upon a shear pin which can be machined to alter the opening pressure of the valve. The pallet is secured to the pallet assembly by a plurality of adjustment fasteners and retainer fasteners which can be adjusted to provide an effective seal on the valve. A valve seal has one or more layers of graphite and metal. A pallet seal is captured in a groove in the pallet which restricts radial movement of the pallet seal. The valve seal is captured between a retainer and the pallet seal.

  • Patent number: 7467062
Abstract: A fishing reel with an integrated barometer sensor, a temperature sensor, and a weight sensor forming a sensorized fishing reel to enhance the fishing experience of an angler is disclosed. The sensorized fishing reel includes; an exterior housing supporting a display and enclosing the barometer sensor, the temperature sensor, the weight sensor as well as a controller. The controller selectively interacts with each sensor to obtain sensory readings provided by each sensor, and delivers the obtained sensory readings to the angler via the display.

  • Publication number: 20070066197
Abstract: An abrasive article with an integral dust collection system. The abrasive article comprises a porous abrasive layer with openings, a first filter media with channels, a second filter media, and an attachment interface layer. The openings of the porous abrasive layer cooperate with the channels to allow the flow of particles from the abrasive surface to the second filter media.
