The woven panel includes a plurality of synthetic polymer yarns attached to the frame forming interstices within the woven panel. A wash is adhered to at least a portion of the exposed outer surface of the woven panel and within the interstices. A plurality of the yarns within the woven panel is bonded together by the wash within the interstices.
