  • Publication number: 20240092143
Abstract: A system for detecting external leaks in a cabin of a vehicle includes sensors and onboard vehicle controls disposed on the vehicle. Control modules of the system have processors, memory, and input/output (I/O) ports. The I/O ports communicate with the sensors and onboard vehicle controls. The control modules execute program code portions stored memory. The program code portions include first and second algorithm portions. The first algorithm portion receives data from the sensors and controls and determines that the data from the sensors and controls meets initialization threshold values. When the data from the sensors and controls meets the threshold values, the second algorithm portion generates a cabin leak detection output including: a first output, a second output, or a third output. The first output indicates a large leak, the second output indicates no leak, and the third output indicates that a small leak has been detected.

  • Publication number: 20220240838
Abstract: A system and method for testing an effect of light exposure on a skin sample include a solar simulator arranged to administer a combination of visible light (VL) and long wavelength ultraviolet radiation (UVA1) to the skin sample. The solar simulator includes a lamp for generating a light beam and at least one customized filter for receiving the light beam and emitting a VL+UVA1 spectral output having a wavelength range of 370-700 nm for irradiating the skin sample.

  • Publication number: 20070203730
Abstract: A method to is disclosed to monitor the status of a real-property transaction. The method supplies a tracking system comprising a server comprising memory, a database encoded in the memory, and a plurality of data input devices in communication with the server, wherein the database comprises a plurality of database fields, wherein one or more access permissions, a data field, a time stamp, an action time, one or more contact persons, and one or more contact alerts, are associated with said of each of the database fields. The method initiates a new real-property transaction wherein a buyer is under contract to purchase real property, and creates in the database a new database entry associated with the new real-property transaction, wherein that new database entry comprises each of the plurality of database fields. The method determines whether to maintain a hard copy file associated with the new real-property transaction.
