  • Publication number: 20240177761
Abstract: Memory devices and systems with partial array refresh control over memory regions in a memory array, and associated methods, are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a memory device includes a memory array having a first memory region and a second memory region. The memory device is configured to write data to the memory array in accordance with a programming sequence by initially writing data to unutilized memory cells of the first memory region before initially writing data to unutilized memory cells of the second memory region. The memory device is further configured to determine that the data stored on the first and/or second memory regions is not consolidated, and to consolidate at least a portion of the data by rewriting the portion of the data to physically or logically contiguous memory cells of the first memory region and/or the second memory region.

Abstract: Systems and methods for loading a cargo aircraft are described. The system includes at least one rail disposed in an interior cargo bay of a cargo aircraft that extends at an angle relative to an interior bottom contact surface of a forward portion of the interior cargo bay, through a kinked portion and an aft portion of the interior cargo bay. Payload-receiving fixtures are described that can be used in conjunction with the rail system, allowing for large cargo, such as wind turbine blades, to be transported by aircraft. Methods of loading a cargo aircraft can include advancing the large payload into the interior cargo bay of the aircraft such that at least one of the payload-receiving fixtures rises relative to a plane defined by the interior bottom contact surface of the forward portion of the interior cargo bay. Various systems, methods, components, and related tooling are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11920310
Abstract: A bollard assembly is formed from a bollard that resides in a tubular socket. The socket has an internal core that is separated from the tube walls by annular recess. The lower end of the bollard is received within the recess. Lifting elements inside the bollard engage the upper surface of the core, and are internally biased in favor of extension. A locking system prevents extension of the lifting elements. When the locking system is unlocked, the pressure of the lifting elements against the core causes the bollard to rise out of and slightly above the socket, without external assistance. Once raised, the bollard may easily be removed from the site of the socket.

  • Patent number: 11833304
Abstract: The embodied invention is a new inspiration/expiration ventilator flow design, with a constant inspiration flow and intermittent-concurrent expiratory flow based on lung pressure setpoints. This mode is possible by using a new dual lumen tube inserted into a patient Trachea. Additionally, the control provides support for patient initiated breathing which is initiated by a lung pressure drop. This control provides continuous and gentle recruitment of lung alveoli.

  • Publication number: 20230263973
Abstract: A method of, or system for, ventilating lungs in breathing and non-breathing patients—including applications for anesthesia—may comprise maintaining an inspiratory flow rate at an inspiratory setpoint at a low flow setting. Lung pressure in a patient may be regulated between a high pressure setpoint and a low pressure setpoint with periodic expiratory flows and continuous inspiratory flow. An expiratory control valve may be adjusted to an open position when a lung pressure is at or above a high pressure setpoint. An expiratory control valve may be adjusted to a closed position when a lung pressure is at or below a low pressure setpoint. Concurrent venting outflow and CO2 offloading through flow within the lungs may be facilitated by providing an intermittent expiratory flow to the patient while providing the continuous inspiratory flow.

  • Publication number: 20230021987
Abstract: A controller may receive a first input indicating that a machine is performing a lifting operation. The controller may determine that the machine is operating in a first lifting mode associated with a first lifting capacity during the lifting operation. In the first lifting mode, a pressure of a hydraulic pump of the machine is between a first value and a second value that exceeds the first value. The controller may receive sensor data indicating a current value for the pressure, during the lifting operation. The controller may determine that the current value is approaching the second value. The controller may receive a second input indicating that the machine is continuing to perform the lifting operation. The controller may cause, based on the second input, the machine to transition from operating in the first lifting mode to operating in a second lifting mode associated with a second lifting capacity.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are magnetically trackable stylets and methods thereof. A magnetically trackable stylet can include a stylet body including a core wire, a magnetic assembly, and an outer construction over the core wire and the magnetic assembly. The magnetic assembly can include one or more magnetic field-producing elements disposed alongside the core wire in a magnetically trackable distal portion of the stylet body. The outer construction, which can be an overmolded layer, a reflowed layer, a potting layer, or a shrink-wrapped layer, can be around the core wire and the magnetic assembly. The stylet body can be configured to be disposed in a lumen of a medical device such as a catheter for magnetically tracking a tip of the medical device in vivo without breakage of the stylet body due to bending-related fatigue. A method of such a magnetically trackable stylet can include a method of using the stylet.
