The method including the steps of: providing a substrate having a surface; applying a coating material onto the surface of the substrate; texturing the coating material on the surface of the substrate to form a textured coating; exposing the textured coating on the substrate to ultraviolet light for a duration of time sufficient to fully cure the textured coating on the substrate; and thereby forming a fully cured textured surface on the substrate.
