Abstract: A high-speed AMR pick-up and drop-off conveyor system includes a roller conveyor joined to a cantilevered transfer conveyor such that both conveyors are driven by a motorized drive roller (MDR) allowing the conveyor system to achieve a low-profile. The transfer conveyor includes a plurality of alignment fingers allowing an approaching AMR to align itself with the transfer conveyor to provide a continuous pick-up or drop-off flow of packages without stopping under the transfer conveyer.

Abstract: A heavy cabling counterbalance device includes a base portion having a plurality of legs where a battery charger having a charging cable is configured on the base portion. A charging stand having a charging arm and counterweight operates where the charging arm can be easily raised or lowered about a center of gravity such that the charging cable can be connected to a forklift positioned adjacent the base portion for charging its battery.

Abstract: A worktable having an adjustable height using a manual hand crank includes a table top, base section and a support leg extending between the table top and base section. One or more jacks are configured within the support leg and are adjustable in length. A bearing assembly is used for rotating the jack(s) to raise and lower the table top in relation to the base. The bearing assembly includes a shaft for rotating the jack(s) where the bearing assembly is configurable between a retracted and extended position for concealment under the table top edge when not in use. The hand crank may be enhanced so that it is optionally rotated using an electric drill or air tools.

Abstract: A helical chute system for conveying articles from an upper elevation to a lower elevation within a building includes a chute wound about a vertical axis and being secured at both an inner edge and outer edge by one or more support rods where a portion of the chute is comprised of a plurality of angular chute segments secured together in a stepped relationship to one another where each chute segment has a first surface sloping downwardly to a second surface below the first surface. An inner skirt is attached to the inner surface of the chute for preventing articles from falling from the surface of the chute and an outer skirt is attached to the outer surface of the chute for preventing articles from falling from the surface of the chute. One or more of plastic panels are positioned along the outer surface of the angular chute segments abutting the outer skirt.
