A target set of software components for a tenant of the multitenant computing system can be determined, for example by reading a metadata definition of the target set for a layer of a repository of the multitenant computing system to which the tenant is assigned. The sensing-phase corrector obtains the voltage signal and outputs a clock signal to feedback control the voltage on the at least one piezoelectric driving element to optimize a deformation frequency of each piezoelectric element.

The treatment may be enhanced by stimulating proliferation of activated astrocytes in the retina using a laser.
