    Abstract: A respiratory waveform recognition method comprises: (a) detecting a respiratory airflow in a respiratory cycle; (b) measuring an amplitude of the respiratory airflow and a duration of the respiratory cycle; (c) using a plurality of sampling points to determine an inspiration waveform and an expiration waveform according to the amplitude and the duration; (d) normalizing the amplitude and the duration of one of the inspiration waveform and the expiration waveform, so as to establish a normalized waveform; and (e) accumulating the differences between the normalized waveform and a reference waveform to calculate a flow index useful for the identification of a normal respiration state and an abnormal respiration state. A curve, such as a weighted curve or a standard waveform, is used for fitting of the inspiration waveform or the expiration waveform to calculate the differences, and the differences are accumulated to identify the normal respiration state and the abnormal respiration state.

    Abstract: A breathable gas supply system comprises a flow sensor, a control unit and a storage unit. The flow sensor detects a gas state of a flow channel. The control unit provides an initial template value and continuously receives sampled breath values from the flow sensor to repetitively perform a first breath sampling process so as to generate a first template value for replacing the initial template value; then the control unit continuously receives sampled breath values from the flow sensor to repetitively perform a second breath sampling process so as to generate a second template value; finally the control unit integrates the first template value and the second template value to obtain an updated template value for replacing the first template value, and the aforesaid operations are repeated to generate a new second template value to obtain a new updated template value. The storage unit stores the first template value, each second template value and each updated template value.

    Abstract: A video recorder includes a sound occurrence detection system to detect a sound occurrence in an area. A detection method can detect the sound occurrence by using the video recorder. The detection method establishes relationships between rotation angles of the video recorder and sound output orientations of a sound source in the area. Furthermore, the detection method determines a rotation angle according to the relationships once the sound occurrence occurs, and rotates the video recorder according to the rotation angle, to record videos and sounds of a sound source that causes the sound occurrence.

    Abstract: An electronic device and method of dynamically correcting audio output of audio devices creates a coordinate system in relation to cameras and audio devices, and obtains coordinates of each camera and each audio device. The cameras detects a user. A distance between the user and each audio devices is computed. One audio device is considered as a first audio device. A ratio of audio intensities and a difference of audio transmitting time between the first audio device and each of the other audio devices are computed. Delaying the audio output starting time of each of the other audio devices according to the differences and adjust the audio intensity of each of the other audio devices according to the ratios.
