  • Publication number: 20260159989
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing 3C-SiC single crystals, comprising the steps of: (1) fixing a SiC seed crystal to a graphite seed crystal holder, and then fixing the graphite seed crystal holder to a graphite lifting rod; (2) placing a flux containing Si and Al in a graphite crucible; (3) then loading the graphite crucible and the graphite lifting rod into a growth furnace; (4) vacuumizing the growth furnace, and then introducing a gas to control the gas pressure in the growth furnace and the crystal form of 3C-SiC; (5) heating the graphite crucible until the flux is completely molten to form a melt, and reaches the growth temperature of SiC, (6) pushing down the graphite lifting rod to make the SiC seed crystals contact with the melt, thereby growing 3C-SiC single crystals; wherein the flux further contains a 3d-transition metal with a melting point lower than the growth temperature of SiC.

  • Patent number: 12453523
Abstract: Provided in the present application are a C-arm imaging system and a tube assembly mounting method. The C-arm imaging system includes a C-arm, a tube assembly, a detector assembly, and a rotation assembly. The C-arm includes an inner surface and an outer surface disposed opposite to each other. The tube assembly is located at a first end of the C-arm, and is mounted on the inner surface of the C-arm. The detector assembly is located at a second end of the C-arm opposite to the first end. The rotation assembly is mounted on the outer surface of the C-arm. The C-arm is movable relative to the rotation assembly, and an outer surface opposite to an inner surface on which the tube assembly is located is slidable relative to the rotation assembly.

  • Patent number: 12048573
Abstract: Various systems are provided for medical imaging systems. In one example, an assembly for a C-arm comprises: a casing including a first extension housing a first component, a second extension housing a second component, and a clearance formed between the first extension and the second extension; and a collimator seated within the clearance, with an outlet end of the collimator substantially aligned with a terminating end of the first extension and a terminating end of the second extension. An x-ray tube insert may be aligned with the collimator and configured to emit x-ray radiation between the first component and the second component.

  • Publication number: 20240000408
Abstract: A C-arm imaging system includes a C-arm, and a sliding support assembly. The C-arm includes a first end portion and a second end portion which are oppositely disposed. The first end portion is used to connect to the X-ray tube assembly, while the second end portion is used to connect to the detector assembly, and the X-ray tube assembly and the detector assembly are aligned. The sliding support assembly is connected to the C-arm, and the C-arm can slide relative to the sliding support assembly, wherein the C-arm rotates at a rotational angle of not less than 90 degrees relative to the sliding support assembly from a first position to the first end portion or the second end portion, the first position being a position where the line connecting the center of the detector assembly and the center of the X-ray tube assembly is in a vertical direction.
