  • Patent number: 12466622
Abstract: An aromatic water cup includes a cup body with an inner cavity and a cup head connected thereto. A cylindrical tube with a flow channel is arranged on the cup head. A cup cover is mounted on the cup head, forming a storage chamber between them, in which an aromatic block is placed. The cylindrical tube passes through the cup cover, with the storage chamber surrounding its outer periphery. The cup cover includes an air outlet hole, and a rotating disk with a vent hole is provided on the cover. When the vent hole aligns with the air outlet hole, the cup cover enters a venting state, allowing fragrance from the aromatic block to be released outward. When misaligned, the rotating disk seals the air outlet hole, placing the cup cover in a sealed state, and retaining the fragrance within the storage chamber.

  • Publication number: 20250131921
Abstract: This disclosure proposes systems and methods for processing natural language inputs using data associated with multiple language recognition contexts (LRC). A system using multiple LRCs can receive input data from a device, identify a first identifier associated with the device, and further identify second identifiers associated with the first identifier and representing candidate users of the device. The system can access language processing data used for natural language processing for the LRCs corresponding to each of the first and second identifiers, and process the input data using the language processing data at one or more stages of automatic speech recognition, natural language understanding, entity resolution, and/or command execution. User recognition can reduce the number of candidate users, and thus the amount of data used to process the input data. Dynamic arbitration can select from between competing hypotheses representing the first identifier and a second identifier, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20240370962
Abstract: Methods and systems for extracting a one-dimensional (1D) signal from a two-dimensional (2D) digital image along a projection line are provided herein. The methods and systems store the digital image in a memory hierarchy wherein non-blocking prefetch operations can fetch pixels from a main store to a data cache. A prefetch plan, pixel processing plan, and prefetch distance are selected responsive to the orientation of the projection line. The prefetch plan uses a first memory address order that is designed to be favorable for efficiently fetching pixels from the main store to the data cache for the given orientation. The pixel processing plan uses a second address order that is designed to be favorable for computing a 1D signal along the projection line.

  • Patent number: 11827677
Abstract: The present invention provides an antimicrobial peptide ID13 (with a sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO. 1), a preparation method and use thereof. The antimicrobial peptide ID3 is successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris using genetic engineering technology. The antimicrobial peptide ID13 of the present invention has an excellent bactericidal activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Streptococcus suis, and has a low hemolytic activity against mouse red blood cells and a low murine macrophage cytotoxicity.

  • Patent number: 11790898
Abstract: Techniques for prioritizing resources of various users, associated with a device, when responding to a user input received from the device are described. When a user input is received from a device, a system may generate a resource list for a group profile (e.g., a household profile) and each user profile (including any guest user profile) associated with the device. Each resource list may include the catalogs of resources (e.g., songs of a playlist, contacts of a contact list, etc.) of the group profile or user profile. The system may also generate a weight matrix including a respective weight for each catalog of each resource list. Various processing components (e.g., an automatic speech recognition component, a natural language understanding component, and an entity resolution component) may process using the resource lists and the weight matrix to determine an output responsive to the user input.

  • Patent number: 11070644
Abstract: Techniques for improving profile switching and/or account switching using resource grouped architecture. For example, a system may group multiple applications and/or features together and associate them with a container that includes a set of resources shared between the features. Thus, all of the applications/features in a container may use the same set of resources, which enables the system to update the resources for multiple features at a time. In addition, the system may maintain multiple containers simultaneously, enabling the system to perform profile/account switching by moving an individual application/feature from a first container to a second container. Thus, this resource grouped architecture simplifies profile/account switching and enables additional functionality for care givers.

  • Patent number: 10733243
Abstract: A system, a machine-readable storage medium storing instructions, and a computer-implemented method described herein are directed to a Similar Profiles Engine. The Similar Profiles Engine generates an inverted index query based on one or more portions of profile data of a target member account of a social network service. The Similar Profiles Engine identifies respective profile data, of one or more candidate member accounts in the social network service, that maps to at least one inverted index filter, the at least one inverted index filter matching at least a portion of the inverted index query. The Similar Profiles Engine calculates a similarity score between each respective candidate member account and the target member account, and causes a display of identifiers of one or more candidate member accounts in a user interface of a client device based on respective similarity scores.
