By using beams of light to detect the position of a user's hand, the touchless elevator call button selection device allows the user to interface with the elevator control system without physically coming into contact with the elevator control system.

Abstract: An electronic device may have a display, a display cover layer, and an image transport layer formed from a coherent fiber bundle. The coherent fiber bundle may have an input surface that receives an image from the display and a corresponding output surface to which the image is provide through the coherent fiber bundle. The coherent fiber bundle may be placed between the display and the display cover layer and mounted to a housing. The coherent fiber bundle may have fiber cores with bends that help conceal the housing from view and make the display appear borderless. A central portion of the coherent fiber bundle may be formed from different materials and/or structures than a surrounding border portion of the layer.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable media for communication. A method comprises a terminal device determines whether one or more DRBs with uplink data to be transmitted support SDT. If the one or more DRBs support the SDT, the terminal device determines whether the uplink data is to be transmitted in the inactive state. If the uplink data is to be transmitted in the inactive state, the terminal device transmits the uplink data to a first network device in the inactive state. Upon receipt of the uplink data, the first network device transmits to a third network device a request for relocating an anchor for a context of the terminal device, the request comprising a first indication as to whether there is remaining data to be transmitted. In this way, an enhanced mechanism for SDT is achieved and lossless transmission for SDT is attained.

Abstract: A flow control method performed by a relay UE for relay forwarding between a first device and a second device includes: generating a flow control message in the case that a flow control condition has been met; and transmitting the flow control message to the first device. The flow control condition includes that relay data cached in the relay UE and transmitted by the first device to the second device exceeds a threshold, or that a flow control request message has been received from the first device.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a selenium-doped MXene composite nano-material and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps: (1) adding MXene and an organic selenium source into a dispersant, and stirring to prepare a dispersion with a concentration of 1 mg/ml to 100 mg/ml; (2) transferring the dispersion into a reaction kettle, then heating, reacting, and then naturally cooling to a room temperature; (3) washing the product obtained in the step (2) with a cleaning agent, then centrifuging to collect a precipitate, and drying the precipitate under vacuum; and (4) placing the sample obtained in the step (3) into a tubular furnace for calcination, introducing protective gas, heating, and then cooling to a room temperature to obtain the selenium-doped MXene composite nano-material. The material prepared by the present invention has high specific surface area, good electrical conductivity, cycle stability performance, rate performance and high theoretical specific capacity.
