    Abstract: Provided are a light extraction sheet for a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The light extraction sheet is disposed on an emission area of the display device. The light extraction sheet includes a base layer formed of an insulating material. Transparent metal oxide crystals are formed on one or both surfaces of the base layer as a pattern of irregular curves. Total reflection occurring at the boundary of an emission layer is overcome, and light extraction efficiency is improved.
