    Abstract: Wigner inverse transform based hologram synthesis method and system using large three-dimensional objects at a far distance from its perspective light field is proposed. A Wigner inverse transform based hologram synthesis method using large three-dimensional objects at a far distance from its perspective light field proposed in the present disclosure includes collecting perspective views in front focal plane corresponding to orthographic views in back focal plane, synthesizing an intermediate hologram in the back focal plane by treating and using the collected perspective views as orthographic views without adjustment and modification of the view for the collected perspective views, and synthesizing a final hologram in the front focal plane corresponding to original perspective views by taking Fourier transform of the synthesized intermediate hologram.
