The light-emitting functional layer is located between the first electrode pattern and the second electrode. The first filling layer is located between the connecting electrode pattern and the first electrode pattern. The proportions of the raw materials used in the electronic glass are: SiO2: 65.56-68.6%; Al2O3: 10.58-14%; B2O3: 7-11%; SrO: 0.27-3.26%; BaO: 7.20-10.12%; CaO: 0.22-1.22%; MgO: 0-1.05%; MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO<13%; and the liquidus viscosity of the electronic glass is greater than 200,000 poise. The minimum value of the temperature corresponding to a liquidus temperature reduction of 100,000 poise in the electronic glass is 22° C. The electronic glass has a strain point temperature of 670-739° C., a Young's modulus of 70-83 GPa, and a density of 2.38-2.45 g/cm3, the liquidus viscosity is ensured to be higher than 200,000 poise, the electronic glass is well suited to overflow downdraw forming, and a relatively low density value can be obtained.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an optimal scheduling method for peak regulation of a cascade hydro-photovoltaic complementary power generation system. The method includes: establishing an objective function of optimal scheduling for peak regulation of the cascade hydro-photovoltaic complementary power generation system; establishing a photovoltaic power station output constraint condition considering uncertainty; optimizing a mixed integer linear model by performing linear processing on the constraint condition; and obtaining a scheduling solution by solving the mixed integer linear model. According to the present disclosure, a unit commitment of a hydro-power station and an operational solution of a reservoir are considered, so that photovoltaic output can be consumed by fully using a characteristic that the hydro-power unit is easy to regulate, and a demand for peak regulation of a power grid can be satisfied.

    Abstract: An LED packaging device includes a packaging substrate, a LED chip and a packaging layer. The LED chip is disposed on a die-bonding area and between the packaging layer and the packaging substrate. The packaging layer (300) around the LED chip is configured with a stepped structure, and steps of which are defined as a first step, a second step, until an nth step sequentially in order from top to bottom. Each the step includes a step surface and a vertical surface, and a maximum horizontal distance between the vertical surface of the first step and the LED chip is less than a horizontal distance between the vertical surface of the nth step and the LED chip. The stepped structure reduces a thickness of the packaging layer around a side wall of the LED chip to reduce stress releasing of the packaging layer and increase reliability of the packaging device.

    Abstract: A cerium-zirconium-aluminum-based composite material, a cGPF catalyst and a preparation method thereof are provided. The cerium-zirconium-aluminum-based composite material adopts a stepwise precipitation method, firstly preparing an aluminum-based pre-treated material, then coprecipitating the aluminum-based pre-treated material with zirconium and cerium sol, and finally roasting at high temperature to obtain the cerium-zirconium-aluminum-based composite material. The cerium-zirconium-aluminum-based composite material has better compactness and higher density, and when it is used in cGPF catalyst, it occupies a smaller volume of pores on the catalyst carrier, such that cGPF catalyst has lower back pressure and better ash accumulation resistance, which is beneficial to large-scale application of cGPF catalyst.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing a catalyst, comprising the following steps: (1) taking a noble metal salt solution A, adding a modified alumina support material, stirring until uniform and standing; (2) drying the material obtained in step (1) in a vacuum, and calcining at 500° C.-600° C. for 1-4 hours to obtain a powder material containing the noble metal; (3) mixing the noble metal powder material, an adhesive and other components to be added, and ball-milling to obtain a uniform slurry; (4) preparing a noble metal solution B and adjusting pH to 0.5-1; and (5) mixing the slurry of the step (3) with the noble metal solution B, coating the mixture on a support, drying, and calcining at 500° C.-600° C. for 1-2 hours to obtain the target product. The method for preparing the catalyst of the present invention is simple, the conditions of the preparation process are easy to control and the preparation method has strong practicality.
