The method includes receiving electrocardiogram information and blood flow rate information from a first sensor module, calculating a pulse transit time on the basis of the electrocardiogram information and the blood flow rate information, calculating a mean blood pressure value of a user on the basis of the pulse transit time, receiving a reference data from a second sensor module, and calculating a diastolic blood pressure value and a systolic blood pressure value of the user on the basis of the mean blood pressure value and the reference data. Because the present invention continuously measures blood pressure for 24 hours in a non-pressing manner, there is an effect in that abnormal signs of the blood pressure may be easily checked.
