    Abstract: Provided is an image generating device including a first lighting unit configured to emit light to an object, a second lighting unit configured to emit light to the object and located at a position different from a position of the first lighting unit, a light receiver configured to receive light reflected from the object when light is emitted to the object from the first lighting unit or the second lighting unit, and an image processor configured to obtain image data based on the light received by the light receiver and process the obtained image data, wherein the image processor obtains a first image based on light reflected from the object when light is emitted from the first lighting unit, obtains a second image based on light reflected from the object when light is emitted from the second lighting, generates a processed image by synthesizing the first image and the second image to correct a pixel value of a light noise region of the first image and/or the second image.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a cobalt based hydroxide carbonate compound having a malachite-rosasite mineral structure, comprising the steps of: providing an first aqueous solution comprising a source of Co, providing a second aqueous solution comprising Na2CO3, mixing both solutions in a precipitation reactor at a temperature above 70° C., thereby precipitating a cobalt based hydroxide carbonate compound whilst evacuating from the reactor any CO2 formed by the precipitation reaction, wherein the residence time of the compound in the reactor is between 1 and 4 hours, and recovering the cobalt based hydroxide carbonate compound. The cobalt based hydroxide carbonate compound is used as a precursor of a lithium cobalt based oxide usable as an active positive electrode material in lithium ion batteries.

A user selects a data source, and the method presents a natural language interface for analysis of the data source. A user specifies an incomplete natural language command directed to the data source, and the method correlates words in the incomplete natural language command with a data field in the data source. The method determines the data type of the data field and a range of data values for the data field. According to the data type and the range of data values, the method presents one or more autocompletion options for the incomplete natural language command. Each option includes respective text and a respective corresponding visual graphic. The user selects one of the autocompletion options, and the method forms a complete natural language command. The method then displays a data visualization according to the complete natural language command.
