    Abstract: Disclosed are a gas burner and a method for controlling the same in which stable use is possible and combustion efficiency is improved. The gas burner includes a burner body burned by a mixture gas of gas fuel and air, a gas supplying valve supplying the gas fuel to the burner body through a gas supplying tube connected with the burner body, an air supplying fan supplying the air to the burner body through an air supplying tube connected with the burner body, and a control part controlling air flow supplied to the burner body by controlling revolution per minute (RPM) of the air supplying fan. Since an optimal air-fuel ratio can be maintained by controlling the RPM of the air supplying fan, combustion efficiency can be increased. Since a temperature of a glass can be maintained properly, life span of the gas burner can be increased and its stable use is possible.

    Abstract: A method for forming a groove-shaped nanopattern, which involves the steps of forming a thin film of supramolecules on a substrate, inducing the self-assembly of the supramolecules by annealing to form regular structures, and applying UV to the formed regular structures of supramolecules. A method for fabricating a CNT nanoarray is also described, which includes the step of forming a regular metal catalyst array for synthesizing CNT using a formed nanopattern of supramolecules as a mask, and then synthesizing CNT vertically. In another aspect, a method is described for fabricating a CNT-bionanoarray, which involves attaching a bioreceptor to the fabricated CNT array.

    Abstract: A method for forming CNT multilayer film patterns, which comprises repeatedly attaching CNTs having exposed carboxyl groups onto a substrate having exposed amine groups by amide linkage, so as to form a CNT multilayer film, and then forming CNT multilayer film patterns from the CNT multilayer film by photolithography and dry etching. Also disclosed is a method for fabricating CNT multilayer film patterns where a variety of chemical functional groups are exposed, by thermally treating CNT multilayer film patterns obtained as provided in the preceding sentence, to obtain CNT multilayer film patterns devoid of surface defect sites, followed by physically attaching either surfactants or chemical substances having sites capable of ?-stacking, to the CNT multilayer film patterns devoid of defect sites. Such methodology allows fabrication of clear CNT multilayer film patterns in which CNTs are attached only at selected regions, resolving prior art issues of CNTs being attached also at non-selected regions.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a CNT-biochip comprising a bio-receptor which is attached by means of an exposed chemical functional group on a surface of a high density CNT film or pattern which is produced by laminating repeatedly carbon nanotubes (CNT) by chemical bond on the substrate modified with amine groups, and a method for fabricating the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to fabricate various types of CNT-biochips by chemical or physicochemical bonding of various bio-receptors to a CNT pattern (or film) containing exposed carboxyl groups or a CNT pattern (or film) modified by various chemical functional groups. Also, it is possible to fabricate a CNT-biochip comprising bio-receptors attached evenly with high density on a surface of a CNT film where chemical functional groups are abundant and present evenly.
