The method includes shaping a planar strip using a pressing process and a planar surface component are formed within a central portion of the strip in a longitudinal direction thereof, and recessed components are formed on opposite sides of the planar surface part, and a first flange is formed on an exterior edge of each recessed component. Further, each of the recessed components are bent vertically around a bending boundary line formed between the planar surface component and the corresponding recessed component and the opposite first flanges contact the planar surface component.
