Abstract: A method of fabricating barrier ribs and black tops for a plasma display panel including sequentially laminating a photosensitive barrier rib material and a photosensitive black top material on a substrate, simultaneously exposing and developing the photosensitive black top material and the photosensitive barrier rib material in a predetermined pattern using a laser direct imaging process, and burning the developed pattern to thereby form the barrier ribs and black tops.

Abstract: A phosphor layer to improve the light emitting efficiency and color purity and a plasma display panel using the same are provided. According to an embodiment, the phosphor layer includes a phosphor to be excited by a discharge gas and to emit light of a specific color, and a photonic crystal and having a photonic band gap.

Abstract: Disclosed are green sheets that can be used to shorten the fabrication procedure of plasma display panels and to improve the configuration and crystalline state of electrodes. The green sheets for use in the fabrication of display panels comprise a dielectric layer green sheet to which a plurality of electrode materials are bound at regular intervals, and at least one protective film attached to at least one surface of the dielectric layer green sheet. Further disclosed are a method and an apparatus for producing the green sheets, plasma display panels using the green sheets, and methods fabricating the plasma display panels.

Abstract: A method of performing a time-shift function and a television receiver using the same facilitates a selective playback of a specific one among a plurality of broadcast programs stored for the time-shift function. Abstract: A plasma display panel with improved brightness and reduced discharge voltage is disclosed. The plasma display panel comprises an upper panel and a lower panel facing each other through barrier ribs wherein a first dielectric layer is formed on the upper panel and second dielectric layers containing a black pigment are formed by patterning on the first dielectric layer.

Abstract: A crutch equipped with double shock absorbers is provided. The crutch of the current invention has an air shock absorber vertically combined with a spring shock absorber in one base shaft. A rubber shoe receives bottom of the spring shock absorber. The crutch of the current invention absorbs the shock of stepping ground firstly with the spring shock absorber and then reduces the impact with the air shock absorber. The double shock absorbing mechanism provides a smooth feeling of stepping the ground to a user. The strength of the resilient force of the crutch can be adjusted for each user, based on weight of a user, by medical doctor's characterization.

Accordingly, on the electric power connection part has an advantage in that it is not directly influenced by heat radiated from a field coil assembly so that electric/electronic devices can be prevented from being damaged; since an epoxy applying process for attaching electric/electronic devices such as a discharge device and a magnetic field elimination device is omitted, a manufacturing process is greatly simplified; and the number of components are reduced so that manufacturing process thereby decreasing costs.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for guaranteeing fairness among a plurality of subscribers in a subscriber network are provided. The apparatus includes: a packet classification unit which classifies a plurality of packets received via at least one physical port by the subscribers; and a packet processing unit which performs a scheduling operation on the classified packet according to output order of the subscribers. Accordingly, it is possible to guarantee a fair allocation of bandwidth to the subscribers, even when the subscriber network is expanded to have an arbitrary topology.
