Abstract: Disclosed is a bicycle saddle having perineal acupressure and massage functions. The bicycle saddle, which is installed on a bicycle, includes: a saddle main body to support left and right buttocks of a rider; and a massage member rotatably installed at a front end portion of the saddle main body so as to contact a perineal region of the rider according to pedaling of the rider and thus, while rotating, stimulate the perineal region of the rider, thereby providing acupressure and massage effects thereon. In such a configuration, when the rider pedals, the massage member stimulates the perineal region of the rider while alternately rotating leftward and rightward, thereby providing acupressure and massage effects thereon.
