The plurality of pads are disposed above the plurality of connecting lines, and are electrically connected to the plurality of connecting lines through contact holes formed in an insulating layer. The gate driver outputs a gate voltage in response to the gate control signal. The timing controller outputs the switching signal at a time point in a first half period of a transition period of the common voltage, and the switching circuit outputs the common voltage at the time point.
