  • Patent number: 9449744
Abstract: Disclosed is a magneto-rheological fluid composition which comprises magnetic particles, a fluid, a dispersant, a structure stabilizer and an anti-friction additive. Particularly, the magnetic particles include non-coated magnetic particles and polyvinyl butyral-coated magnetic particles at the weight ratio of about 1:1 to 4:1. Accordingly, dispersion stability and yield stress are improved substantially when magnetic field is applied to the magneto-rheological fluid.

  • Publication number: 20150353861
Abstract: Disclosed is a manual transmission oil composition which include: (A) a polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base oil in an amount of about 75 to 85 wt %; (B) an ester-based viscosity modifier in an amount of about 3 to 10 wt %; and (C) an additive in an amount of about 8 to 15 wt % which includes one or more of an anti-wear agent, a detergent dispersant, a friction modifier, an extreme pressure additive, and an anti-oxidant, based on the total weight of the manual transmission oil composition. Accordingly, the manual transmission oil composition may have a low viscosity as compared to conventional manual transmission oils, and may provide improvements in endurance of a transmission, reduction in a Rattle noise, and further improvement in fuel efficiency of vehicles by about 1 to 2%.

  • Publication number: 20140230695
Abstract: Disclosed is a hydraulic engine mount solution composition, and more specifically a hydraulic engine mount solution composition, which maintains vibration absorbing ability at high temperatures as well as at low temperatures due to its higher boiling point than conventional engine mount solutions, and which inhibits aging and extends life of the engine mount by inhibiting flowing out and cohesion of chemical additives from an anti-vibration rubber of the engine mount by inclusion of a dispersion stabilizer, thereby preventing blocking of a flow channel, such as orifice of the engine mount. In particular, the hydraulic engine mount solution composition comprises a solvent containing ethylene glycol and propylene glycol; a dispersion stabilizer; and a phenol-based antioxidant, a heat stabilizer, a metal corrosion inhibitor and the like.
