A self-compensating dynamic ring balancer is coupled to the spindle motor and positions the center of gravity thereof opposite to that of the disk with respect to the rotational shaft during rotation of the disk. Therefore, the revolution of the rotational shaft of the spindle motor due to the eccentric center of gravity of the disk can be reduced.
