  • Patent number: 11697984
Abstract: A process for producing diluent for use in a hydrocarbon recovery process includes heating a dilbit feed stream comprising hydrocarbons produced from a hydrocarbon reservoir and an added diluent, to a temperature of 350° C. or less, fractionating the dilbit feed stream after heating to produce a light fraction and a heavy fraction, the light fraction comprising the diluent, additional light hydrocarbons, and sour water, separating the sour water from a remainder of the light fraction, and stabilizing the remainder of the light fraction to provide recovered diluent and cooling the recovered diluent. A volume of the recovered diluent is greater than a volume of the added diluent.

  • Patent number: 9868234
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a carbon fiber component includes: placing a film with a texture on a first side surface into a mold, where a second side surface of the film abuts against an inner wall of the mold; injecting melted carbon fiber composite plastic into the first side surface through an injection port of the mold to obtain a component in a first shape; and obtaining a component in a second shape from the component in the first shape by using a material removal technique. Compared with the prior art, with the manufacturing method provided in the present invention, on the basis of ensuring a use strength requirement of a component, processing efficiency may be effectively increased. On this basis, the present invention further provides a carbon fiber component manufactured by using this manufacturing method.

  • Publication number: 20160183511
Abstract: A bed bug device to trap or stop bed bugs may include a substantially vertical back wall having a first layer of detachably connected adhesive to detachably attach to a bed, a top wall being connected to the vertical back wall to prevent a user from interfering with the operation of the bed bug device, a bottom wall being connected to the top wall, and a second adhesive being connected to the vertical back wall to trap the bed bugs. This bed bug device or a double sided adhesive tape or a slippery tape (one face is slippery and the other face is adhesive) may be stuck to a special mattress cover to generate an upside down rectangular prism box shaped bed bug device, so that bed bugs hiding anywhere in the bedroom may not be able to travel to the top of the bed.

  • Publication number: 20030141739
Abstract: The present invention provides sunshade apparatuses for automobile. An awning (12) is mounted above roof carry bars (10) of a vehicle. Within seconds of manual operation, the awing can either be retracted to occupy a small area typically 0.7×8 feet or be fully extended to generate a large rectangular shade area typically 7×8 feet above the automobile roof. If front part of the awning is made of a semi-transparent material for safe driving consideration of not blocking traffic lights, the awning may be manually retracted or extended by a driver within seconds even when the driver is driving. The sunshade apparatuses comprise multi-parallelogram shaped supporters (16). These supporters are extendable and retractable along the direction of vehicle width. Awning ribs (14) or awning rollers are perpendicularly mounted on the multi-parallelogram shaped supporters.
