Abstract: A self-service terminal service contingency method and a site server are provided. The method includes: acquiring self-service services corresponding to a self-service terminal under a self-service site; detecting whether a service is lacked among the self-service services, and if yes, acquiring resources and/or components required by the lacked service, of the self-service terminal; detecting whether the self-service site has the resources and/or components required by the lacked service, of the self-service terminal, and if yes, integrating the resources and/or the components under the self-service network according to a preset combination rule; and driving the integrated resources and/or the components to cooperate with each other according to a preset optimization rule, so as to enable the self-service site to provide a self-service service corresponding to the lacked service.

The method includes: detecting an empty box in the self-service terminal, setting a qualified rate of dispensed banknotes of the empty box as 0, and permanently shielding the empty box; detecting a banknote jammed cashbox in the self-service terminal, setting a qualified rate of dispensed banknotes of the banknote-jammed cashbox as 0, and permanently shielding the banknote-jammed cashbox; detecting qualified rates of dispensed banknotes of all non-empty cashboxes and non-banknote-jammed cashboxes, classifying all the non-empty and non-banknote-jammed cashboxes according to nominal values, and sequencing the cashboxes per nominal value in a descending order of the qualified rates of dispensed banknotes; and maintaining cashboxes ranked top M of the qualified rates of dispensed banknotes per nominal value in an open state, and maintaining the other cashboxes in a temporarily shielded state.

Abstract: A cash replenishment method for financial self-service equipment. The method comprises: by using a general solution method for directly solving an integral solution of a linear equation with n unknowns, obtaining a general solution formula of the integral solution of the linear equation with n unknowns; then, in accordance with a principle that the cash replenishment amount of each denomination must be greater than zero and less than the number of remaining available banknotes of this denomination in self-service equipment, solving a limiting range of free factors in the general solution formula, so that all cash replenishment solutions are obtained; and lastly, in accordance with a cash replenishment principle of a self-service equipment system, obtaining an optimal cash replenishment solution. The cash replenishment method can find out all cash replenishment solutions without using an exhaustive attack method, and can achieve rapid and highly-efficient cash replenishment.

Abstract: A method, device, and self service equipment for card processing in a card reader. When a card is detected in a card reader, a card processing opening of the card reader is continuously detected for the presence or absence of a card, then, once the presence of a card is detected at the card processing opening, a user is prompted and warned that the card may have been switched, while at the same time, a currently ongoing service is suspended, the user is required to perform an identity authentication, a self service interface is switched to an interface to wait for the user to enter a password, and, only when the user correctly enters the password within a prescribed time, will processing of the current service be continued.

Abstract: A valuable file identification method includes step 1: selecting a characteristic area of the valuable file, and extracting a valuable file characteristic for last classification; step 2: an input valuable file is fast classified according to the extracted valuable file characteristic in step 1 to gain the banknote kind, denomination, direction and image quality information of the valuable file, and the banknote with better image quality and bad image quality are selected; step 3: an image restoration technique is utilized based on a partial differential equation to restore the old banknote image; step 4: the new banknote is directly identified and the old banknote is identified via the restored image to judge the authenticity of the current banknote; step 5: a result is output. The method enables eliminating restoration treatment for images comprising good quality and uninterested area, and saving time and improving system processing efficiency.

Abstract: A video surveillance processing method for a self-service device is provided, which includes: detecting whether there is any person in a self-service area, triggering a video surveillance system of the self-service device to record surveillance video and storing the surveillance video recorded by the video surveillance system of the self-service device in a case that a person is detected in the self-service area, and stopping, by the video surveillance system of the self-service device, recording surveillance video in a case that no person is detected in the self-service area. Hence, in a case that no person is in the self-service area, the video surveillance system of the self-service device dose not record surveillance video, and in a case that a person is detected in the self-service area, the video surveillance system of the self-service device is triggered to record surveillance video.

The method involves an information collecting module for identifying valuable documents starts, after a banknote separation module for storing valuable documents starts; information is sequentially collected by the information collecting module along movement direction of valuable documents; after arrival and pass of valuable documents are inspected, the collected valuable document identification information is processed and identified by the identification module, and an identification result is obtained; the valuable document information state is recorded; valuable documents are counted based on the identification result and the valuable document information state, and then valuable documents are identified and judged. As a result, the reliability of the valuable document identification process is improved, and the fault rate due to the counting problem is reduced.
