Abstract: A rubber gasket of annular shape adapted to be interposed between two objective members to be sealed and fastened to each other and a seal structure for sealing between two objective members to be sealed and fastened to each other using the gasket. The rubber gasket comprises an integrally molded body made of elastomer having a cylindrical body, a flange-shaped portion, and an annular core member, the flange-shaped portion extending outward from one end of the cylindrical body in axial direction along an entire outer circumferential surface, the annular core member being embedded in the flange-shaped portion along an entire circumference.

Abstract: A gasket for sealing a space between a first member and a second member fastened by a fastening member so as to face each other, the gasket being fitted in an annular mounting groove formed on one of facing surfaces of the first member and the second member. The gasket is provided with an annular gasket body formed along the mounting groove; a plurality of longitudinal ribs, made up of protruding bodies, provided on a side surface of the gasket body facing a side wall of the mounting groove, the longitudinal rib protruding along height direction corresponding to depth direction of the mounting groove of the gasket body and protruding at intervals in circumferential direction of the gasket body; and a transverse rib provided on the side surface, the transverse rib being made up of a protruding body continuously protruding over the entire circumference of the gasket body.

Abstract: A sealing structure for sealing a space between two members by mounting a gasket in a groove portion provided on a surface to be sealed of one member of the two members. The groove portion has a first groove portion formed on an inner side in the depth direction and a second groove portion formed on an opening side of the groove portion, the second groove portion being larger in width than the first groove portion and having inner walls facing to each other in substantially parallel. The gasket has a gasket body having an insertion portion to be inserted in the first groove, and a projecting portion which is larger in width than the gasket body and has a curved portion facing a surface to be sealed of the other member. The maximum width of the projecting portion is larger than width of the first groove portion and is smaller than width of the second groove portion.
