  • Patent number: 9359638
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a multi-nucleic-acid amplification reaction tool includes a support and a plurality of types of primer sets. The support is configured to be able to support a reaction field of a liquid phase. A plurality of types of primer sets are fixed in a releasable state, for each type, on mutually independent fixing regions of at least a surface of the support, which is in contact with the reaction field, when the liquid phase forms the reaction field. A plurality of types of primer sets are configured to amplify the respectively corresponding target sequences.

  • Publication number: 20090056741
Abstract: A pattern formation apparatus has a drum-like intaglio rolling along a transferred medium. After the intaglio is charged by a charger, a pattern of toner particles is formed by supplying a liquid developer of each color to the intaglio via a developing machine and an electric field is formed between the intaglio and the transferred medium by rolling the intaglio along the transferred medium to transfer charged toner particles to the transferred medium. A cleaning apparatus which cleans the intaglio after the pattern in each color being transferred to the transferred medium has nozzles at an angle for blowing a cleaning liquid against recesses and removal rollers for removing toner particles liberated from the recesses together with the cleaning liquid.

  • Publication number: 20080227005
Abstract: A pattern forming device has a transfer unit which transfers a pattern image formed on a planographic plate held by a printing frame onto the surface of a glass plate held on an XY stage. After the glass plate and the planographic plate have been positioned by the XY stage, the transfer unit moves a stroke roller disposed on the rear surface side of the planographic plate in an arrow direction so that the stroke roller may be pressed against the planographic plate, thereby transferring the pattern image onto the glass plate by an electric field while, at the same time, stroking solvent components interposed between the planographic plate and the glass plate.

  • Publication number: 20070134881
Abstract: In a method of manufacturing an image display device, a molding die having a plurality of bottomed spacer forming holes is prepared, and the individual spacer forming holes of the molding die are filled with a spacer forming material consisting mainly of glass. The molding die filled with the spacer forming material is brought into close contact with a glass substrate, which constitutes a first substrate, in a manner such that the spacer forming holes face the glass substrate. The molding die is released with the spacer forming material left on the glass substrate after the spacer forming material is cured.

  • Publication number: 20070120461
Abstract: A flat panel display device, in which a getter layer employed has a region including a striped discontinuous portion in an image display region, and the discontinuous portion is formed by forming the getter layer on an underlayer formed with microstructures on its surface, or the phosphor screen includes a two-dimensional array of pixels each including a red-emitting phosphor element, a green-emitting phosphor element, and a blue-emitting phosphor element that are arrayed at predetermined intervals to form one unit, and the interval of the pixels is larger than the interval of R, G, and B phosphor elements.

  • Publication number: 20070018176
Abstract: An image display device includes an envelope having a first substrate and a second substrate located opposite the first substrate across a gap and a plurality of pixels provided in the envelope. A plurality of columnar spacers which support an atmospheric load acting on the first and second substrates are set up between the first substrate and the second substrate in the envelope. Each spacer is formed of a dielectric material and has a plurality of step portions arranged in a setup direction of the spacer. Coating films which are formed intermittently and divided electrically from one another are formed on a surface of the spacer.

  • Publication number: 20050127563
Abstract: A plate-like grid having a plurality of beam apertures and a plate-like molding tool are prepared. The molding tool has spacer forming holes and hole forming portions which are situated individually around the spacer forming holes to define the spacer forming holes and are formed of a UV transmitting material. The molding tool is brought in contact with a surface of the grid, whereby an assembly composed of the molding tool and the grid is formed. An ultraviolet-curing spacer forming material is filled into the spacer forming holes of the molding tool before or after the formation of the assembly. Ultraviolet rays are applied to the filled spacer forming material directly or through the hole forming portions, whereby the spacer forming material is cured. Thereafter, the molding tool is separated from the grid with the cured spacer forming material left on the grid.
