Abstract: A radio communication terminal apparatus has a microphone which outputs voice data on receiving voice input, a camera which capture a picture and outputs picture data, a GPS receiving unit which determines a position and outputs position data, a memory which stores at least the voice data, the picture data, and the position data, a radio unit which transmits and receives the position data with the voice data and the picture data attached, and a display unit which a picture according to the received picture data together with position information according to the position data, through which information on positions of the user's communication partner and the user can be confirmed by displaying the position information together with a motion picture during TV telephone communication.
