  • Publication number: 20250038558
Abstract: A power source apparatus includes: an auxiliary power source; and a control circuit configured to control charging and discharging of the auxiliary power source. The control circuit is configured to, after completion of the initial check, charge the auxiliary power source after waiting for traveling preparation of the vehicle to be completed. The control circuit is configured to, after the completion of the initial check, charge the auxiliary power source when both of a first condition and a second condition are satisfied even before the completion of the traveling preparation of the vehicle. The first condition is a condition in which an amount of elapsed time from when the initial check is completed is equal to or more than a time threshold. The second condition is a condition in which voltage across the auxiliary power source is less than a voltage threshold.

  • Publication number: 20240429708
Abstract: A control circuit of a power supply device forms a state in which an auxiliary power supply is connected via a charge circuit to a main power supply when a power switch provided on a power feeding path is turned on. The control circuit calculates an internal resistance of the auxiliary power supply based on a charging current. The control circuit forms a state in which the power supply device is disconnected from the main power supply and a power feeding target, and only the auxiliary power supply and a boost circuit are connected to each other when the power switch is turned off. The control circuit disconnects the auxiliary power supply from the boost circuit when a terminal voltage of the auxiliary power supply is less than a stop determination threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20230415758
Abstract: An electric power source apparatus includes a drive control apparatus and an auxiliary control apparatus. The drive control apparatus and the auxiliary control apparatus are configured to communicate with each other. When one of the drive control apparatus and the auxiliary control apparatus is a first control apparatus and the other of the drive control apparatus and the auxiliary control apparatus is a second control apparatus, the first control apparatus is configured to continue a function to communicate with the second control apparatus even when the first control apparatus is not able to normally communicate with the second control apparatus, and configured to execute communication with the second control apparatus when the first control apparatus is put into a state where the first control apparatus is able to normally communicate with the second control apparatus.

  • Patent number: 10059004
Abstract: A robot includes a three-dimensional shape detecting sensor to detect a three dimensional shape of a travel surface existing in a forward travelling direction of the robot, a posture stabilizer to stabilize a posture of a body of the robot, a feature data generator to generate feature data of the detected three dimensional shape, an inclination angle prediction generator to generate a prediction value of an inclination angle of the body when the robot is to reach a position on the travel surface in the forward travelling direction at a future time point based on the feature data and a prediction model, and an overturn prevention controller to control the posture stabilizer to prevent an overturn of the robot based on the prediction value.

  • Patent number: 9851211
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes: a travel purpose acquisition unit that acquires a travel purpose of a mobile object; a setting unit that sets multiple travel routes in different travel directions in a forward area with respect to the mobile object; a calculation unit that calculates, regarding each of the multiple travel routes, a predictive value of a travel state in which the mobile object travels along each of the multiple travel routes; a computing unit that computes, regarding each of the multiple travel routes, an evaluation value for the mobile object to realize traveling according to the travel purpose from weighting values that are predetermined according to the travel purpose and the predictive values; and a determining unit that determines, as a travel route to be followed next, a travel route with the highest evaluation represented by the evaluation value among the multiple travel routes.
