  • Patent number: 10413838
Abstract: A chassis structure of a remote control crawler vehicle includes front and rear swing arm assemblies mounted symmetrically on a frame at two sides of a central separation driving box and respectively connected to front and rear bridges of the frame. The front and rear swing arm assemblies are each pivotally connected to the frame by means of a swing arm seat. The swing arm seat is formed with an axle hole extending in a vehicle body direction and having two ends each combined with a bearing for rotatably receiving and supporting a bridge swing arm. An opposite end of each bridge swing arm is mounted to the front and rear bridges so as to form a novel chassis structure of a remote control crawler vehicle. In this way, the front and rear bridges are allows to take up and down swings in a one-axis manner of movement.

  • Patent number: 9714688
Abstract: A shock absorber spring retention structure is provided for a remote control car. A spring is arranged between a shock absorption cylinder and a piston rod that are axially movable relative to each other to produce an effect of damping. The spring has a top supported on an adjustment ring that is threadingly screwed to an outer circumference of the shock absorption cylinder and a bottom having a wire rotatably coupled to a clip and held in position by a mounting seat to be coupled to a connection seat mounted to an end of the piston rod. The connection seat includes an engagement section with which the clip is engageable for locking. Thus, in the assembly of the shock absorber, the clip securely retains and couples the spring, the mounting seat, and the connection seat together to prevent the spring from detaching during the operation of the shock absorber.

  • Publication number: 20100240276
Abstract: The system for power management and preventing unexpected acceleration contains a microcontroller unit, a tact switch, an electronic regulation device for preventing unexpected acceleration, a voltage detection switch, one or more light emitting diodes, resistors, capacitors, transistors, and an inductor. After a battery is installed on the remote-controlled toy car, the battery's electricity will flow through the electronic regulation device and the voltage detection switch. On the other hand, the microcontroller unit receives signals from a detection and reception circuit and controls the throttle through a servo motor. As such, the battery power and the received signals are monitored to prevent the remote-controlled toy car from unexpected acceleration.

  • Patent number: 7597174
Abstract: An anti-deflection structure for a chassis of a remote-controlled car includes a board which is added below a central differential gear at a center of a chassis, to strengthen a rigid structure of the chassis. A center of the board is provided with a hollow part for emplacing a gear set of the central differential gear, and an exterior side of the hollow part is provided with a plurality of pivoting holes. The pivoting holes correspond to through-holes on the chassis for locking the central differential gear, thereby locking and fixing the board. In addition, the hollow part is locked at columns of the central differential gear by transfixing screws from bottom to top into the pivoting holes and the through-holes. On the other hand, front and rear ends of the board provide for connection of two support arms, thereby constituting the anti-deflection structure for the chassis.
